Valerie’s classes show you how to make silver
earrings, pendants, and charms with the revolutionary
material known as Precious Metal Clay. This material
consists of microscopic particles of silver (or gold)
that are suspended in an organic binder. Because the
metal is in clay form, it is easy to shape and decorate
with simple tools. After firing in the kiln, the binders
burn away to leave pure silver (or pure gold). This
new medium is providing a unique opportunity for beginners,
as well as for experienced clay and metal artists, to
make jewelry as they never have before. You are certain
